Tom Paschal serves as Middle Tennessee chairman for BankTennessee. He joined the bank in August 2007 after a tenure with Civitas BankGroup and Cumberland Bank, which were both sold to Green Bankshares, Inc. in May 2007.
Tom began his banking career in 1975 as an organizer of Savings and Loan Association of Smith County, which later became Cumberland Bank. Active in the community, he serves on the board of directors of River Regional Medical Center, the Smith County Industrial Board, and the Imagination Library. From 2002-2005, he served on the Tennessee Bankers board of directors.
