How to Access Telephone Banking:

1. Dial the Access Number: Call 866-624-6822 to connect to BankTennessee's Telephone Banking system.
2. Enter Your Alternate Electronic Access Number: This is a combination of your Date of Birth and the last four digits of your Social Security Number, formatted as MMDDYYYYSSSS.
• Example: If your birthdate is January 1, 1950, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number are 1234, you would enter 010119501234.
3. Enter Your Personal Identification Number (PIN): For first-time users, this is initially set to the last four digits of your Social Security Number followed by the # sign.
• Upon first login, you'll be prompted to select a new 4-digit PIN for enhanced security.

Security Measures:

To protect your accounts, the system requires your Alternate Electronic Access Number and PIN each time you call. Ensure your PIN is unique and not easily guessed. If you forget your PIN or suspect unauthorized access, please contact your local BankTennessee branch or our main office at 901-854-0854 during regular business hours.
