How to Access Telephone Banking:
- Call 866-624-6822 to connect to BankTennessee's Telephone Banking system.
- The first time you access Telephone Banking after July 28, you will be prompted to enter your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number.
- Your temporary password is the last four digits of your Social Security or Tax ID Number. Once you log in, you will be prompted to create a new four-digit password.
- You will also have the option to create a new user ID. This should be a nine-digit number.
Security Measures:
To protect your accounts, the system requires your Alternate Electronic Access Number and PIN each time you call. Ensure your PIN is unique and not easily guessed. If you forget your PIN or suspect unauthorized access, please contact our customer service line 866-391-6028 during regular business hours.
